Every Shiloh’s House smart tag is HD laser engraved and personalized specifically for your pet — with their name, your phone number, and your address. Because each tag is a custom, one-of-a-kind piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Defects, Blemishes & Tech Issues — We’ve Got You

We stand behind the craftsmanship and technology of every tag. If your item arrives with any of the following, we’ll replace it at no cost:

• A manufacturing defect — visible blemish, crack, chip, or finish flaw
• An engraving error on our end — misspelling, missing detail, or incorrect info that doesn’t match your order
• An NFC scanning issue — if the smart tag doesn’t function correctly when held near a compatible smartphone
• Damaged in transit — arrives broken or compromised

Our Coverage Window

You have 7 days from delivery to report a defect or incorrect item. We’ll work with you to either send a free replacement or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

For tech defects specifically (NFC or scanning failures), we extend coverage to one full year from purchase date. Your tag should work the day it arrives and every day after.

How To Submit a Claim

Reach out within the coverage window with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue (and video for scanning issues, if possible)
• A short description of what went wrong

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage from accidents, pet chewing, or loss after delivery
• Change-of-mind returns on personalized items
• Engraving errors caused by incorrect info submitted with the order (please double-check spelling at checkout!)

Our Promise

We care deeply about getting this right for you and your pet. If something isn’t up to our standards, tell us — we’ll make it right. Every tag we make carries Shiloh’s story, and we won’t put our name on anything we wouldn’t be proud of.
