Our Products

Shiloh’s House sells HD laser engraved, personalized NFC smart pet tags paired with the free Lohji™ companion app. Every tag is custom-made to order for your pet. Please see our Return Policy for details on defects, blemishes, and replacements.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide (your pet’s name, your phone number, your address) is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms. Payment is due at checkout.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery times vary by location. We’ll always do our best, but we can’t guarantee delivery dates tied to outside carriers.

The Lohji™ App

The Lohji app is free to download and free to use. You’re responsible for keeping your pet’s profile accurate and up to date. Misuse of the app — including uploading inappropriate content, impersonating others, or attempting to exploit the system — may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content on shilohshouse.com — including tag designs, photography, logos, Lohji™ artwork, and app experiences — is the property of Shiloh’s House and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. Shiloh’s House™ and Lohji™ are registered trademarks of Shiloh’s House.

Your Content in Lohji™

When you upload a pet photo to generate a Lohji avatar, you keep ownership of your original image. By uploading, you grant Shiloh’s House a limited license to process that image to create your avatar, wallpaper, trading card, or other Lohji content. We don’t sell your images or share them with third parties.

Privacy

How we collect and use information is covered in our Privacy Policy. By using Shiloh’s House, you consent to the practices described there.

Limitation of Liability

Shiloh’s House smart tags are a supplement to responsible pet ownership, not a replacement for leashes, fences, microchips, supervision, or common sense. We cannot guarantee that a lost pet will always be recovered. While our technology dramatically improves the odds of reunion, no product can guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

We may update these terms from time to time as our products evolve. We’ll always post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date below. Continued use of the site or app after changes means you accept the new terms.
