We offer three fabulous sizes:
Micro: Perfectly petite for pets under 7 lbs.
Standard: is our one size fits most option.
Jumbo: A magnificent option for pets over 50 lbs.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we are not able to provide international shipping.
Is there any maintenance?
Let’s face it, pets are dirty! To ensure your QR code remains grime-free and your pet ID tag stays in top condition, we recommend:
Basic Cleaning: Wipe the tags with warm water and a mild soap. This will help remove any surface dirt or grime.
Deep Cleaning: For a more thorough clean, use La’s Totally Awesome Cleaner to wipe down the tags. This cleaner is effective for removing tough stains and maintaining the tag’s durability.
Enhancing Shine: enhance the shine and keep the tags looking brand new, apply Novus 7020 Shine #1. This product is excellent for polishing and protecting acrylic surfaces.
